Abstract: Online education tends to be an arena where the assumption is that students can join the course with very little help from the instructor. But this is not true. In designing an online course, you have to consider the learning styles of each of your students. Often times, online courses are designed in a one-size-fits-all format. When instructor intentionally design courses based on students' needs, they will be able to see more student satisfaction in the online course.
