Abstract: The purpose of this preliminary research investigation was to explore and identify possible deficits in a teacher preparation program by eliciting responses from practicing classroom teachers. The results of this investigation will be used inform technology leaders in education programs on how to improve technology courses. A Self Efficacy Competencies Survey was utilized using a 5-point Likert scale from strongly agree (5) to strongly disagree (1). Higher scores represent a higher level of competencies and satisfaction using technology in the classroom.
