Abstract: With the onset of student-led pedagogy in K-12 classrooms, the role of teacher has begun to change from that of lecturer to facilitator due to continual progression towards lesson planning for differentiated learning. The facilitative teaching style has many similarities to that of benevolent management style in business, one being the aim of information mastery. Technology plays a large part in enabling both management and instructors to provide the required guidance towards mastery for those with whom they work.
