Abstract: Our world is facing growing human rights issues across the globe. The adverse effects of disparities, especially on children, merits immediate attention and requires collective action. EdTech offers pathways to address pressing issues such as poverty, illiteracy, climate change, and domestic violence. This session will provide an overview of how educational technology can be used to promote advocacy and activism, and more specifically provide information on video podcasting of vodcasting.
