Educators and technology developers are creating more products and services to enhance education. This has caused the role of the teacher or instructor to evolve to not only accommodate the new technologies in education but also maintain effective learning. This research examines how the traditional role of an instructor in technology focused learning climates has changed, the roles of an instructor in e-learning today, how the instructors need to improve their skills and maintenance quality services while educating the learner.
