Poster: Perspectives of Teacher Candidates’ towards Digital Equity in the Indian Context

Abstract: Within the last decade, even before COVID 19, worldwide educational reforms at the national and local levels have prioritized the use of educational technology for students in K-12 classrooms. The purpose of this research project was to explore teacher candidates’ perceptions of their role and agency in this phenomenon. The findings suggest possible directions to create support for the newer generation of teacher candidates to use digital technology in the context of India.
