Abstract: Abstract: Never before has the need for preservice teachers to be better prepared to teach in online and blended learning environments been more evident than during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. As schools across the nation had to make the shift to emergency remote teaching, their challenges were evident. Given the lack of preparation among teacher education programs to prepare future teachers for online contexts, many educators struggled with the transition.
