Abstract: Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) has emerged as a guiding framework representing the knowledge needed by teachers to effectively integrate technology into their instruction and has become the focus of an active research community since its introduction to the field (Mishra & Koehler, 2006). Some of the TPACK research has served to advance the theory. Over the last fifteen years, several open educational resources (OERs), including websites, resource archives, as well as social media, have been developed by several TPACK scholars. One resource, the TPACK Wikipedia page, was established in 2016 and has remained mostly unchanged since then, even though TPACK research has uncovered new realizations of the framework. The content of the TPACK Wikipedia page does not represent the current TPACK framework and underpinning research, an indicator that TPACK researchers have not kept abreast of the Wikipedia page content. In this symposium, we will provide an overview of the efforts currently underway within the TPACK SIG to update the Wikipedia page and to establish a protocol for continued refinement of content.
