Abstract: This case study aims to investigate learner satisfaction in an online teacher education program and to explore the major factors that affect student satisfaction in their online learning experience. During the academic years of 2019-2021, survey data was collected from the students enrolled in online Master’s of Science in Teaching (MST) programs at a large private university in the northeastern U.S. This study will (1) identify essential factors affecting online student satisfaction; (2) analyze the data to understand the strengths and weaknesses in the administration of the program; and (3) develop specific strategies and improvement plans that will benefit the future growth of the online teacher preparation program.
