Abstract: ePortfolios (EPs) are used today by students seeking employment and graduate school application and in academic assessment. Evidence from employers shows satisfaction with EPs. In fact, an extensive survey done for the Association of American Colleges & Universities identified 80% of employers found ePortfolios useful in hiring. Added to its use in serving traditional job seekers, the platform can also be highly effective in serving users of multi-purposes from unique and diverse backgrounds and professions.
