Biography
Catherine P. Fulford, Ph.D. is a Professor and Chair for the Educational Technology Department in the College of Education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She graduated with a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University (FSU). She has a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre are also from FSU. In addition to her expertise in instructional design, visual design, and video design, she is avid photographer who loves to travel.
