Biography
Lorraine (Lori) Jacques is a PhD student in Learning Sciences at Clemson University. Formerly, she was a secondary mathematics teacher (middle and high schools), department chairperson, and software engineer. Her past presentations and publications addressed reasoning and inquiry techniques in the classroom, especially with the help of technology. Her current research interests include how using or developing games can help students who struggle in mathematics.
